  一、深基坑支護新技術
排樁墻支護:

鎖扣鋼管樁組合支護:
  在鋼管樁的兩側加入了防水鎖扣裝置,與(拉森)鋼板樁自由組合形成多種形式的連續支護結構擋墻,利用鋼管樁的剛度大和(拉森)鋼板樁的防水性好的特點,兩者相結合,配以適當的內部支撐結構或外部拉錨結構,快速形成安全可靠的基坑支護體系。根據土質及地下水的情況,結合適當的降水措施,確保基坑支護結構的安全。余政儲出[2016]5號地塊商辦樓新建項目,應用該技術施工,縮短了施工周期,節約施工成本。

四、裝配式結構施工技術

  "裝配式建筑"工藝技術,在設計初期階段,裝配式結構深化設計介入,與建筑設計、結構設計有效結合,使施工設計一次成型,避免重復改動,工廠化構件生產,整體吊裝,節省物資投入,縮短施工周期。

五、BIM技術應用

BIM技術全過程應用。在二次結構深化設計、施工場地綜合布置、管線綜合布置、設備安裝、復雜節點輔助等,都將采用BIM(建筑信息模型)進行方案優化,對構件和設備安裝進行模擬、碰撞檢查與三維施工圖紙的繪制,使得項目施工過程更趨完善合理。
